About the Conference

Universitas Dirgantara Marsekal Suryadarma (Unsurya) continues its commitment to advancing academic excellence and strategic collaboration in the field of aerospace through the organization of the 3rd AVINER 2025 – International Conference on Aviation Industry, Education, and Regulation. As part of its effort to contribute to technological innovation, policy development, and sustainable aviation practices, AVINER 2025 will be held on November 26–27, 2025 in hybrid format, both onsite at Super Puma Hall and online via Zoom.

AVINER is designed as a platform for sharing scientific knowledge and encouraging dialogue among researchers, academics, policymakers, and industry professionals, both nationally and internationally. In its third edition, AVINER brings forward the theme “Sustainability and Regulation Improvement on Aerospace Technology,” reflecting the urgent need for integrating sustainable development principles into aerospace technology, industry practices, and policy-making frameworks.

This year’s conference will invite research papers, discussions, and thought leadership around emerging and pressing issues such as Advanced Air Mobility (AAM), Urban Air Mobility (UAM), Artificial Intelligence and Autonomous Systems in Aviation, Space Defense and Commercialization, Green Aviation Technologies, and Cybersecurity in Aerospace Infrastructure. These topics not only address technological progress but also examine regulatory strategies and ethical implications to ensure responsible and sustainable innovation.

AVINER 2025 seeks to broaden international academic networks, foster interdisciplinary research, and support the development of impactful and applicable knowledge in aerospace. By involving diverse stakeholders including scholars, practitioners, regulatory authorities, and students, the conference aims to explore pathways for advancing global cooperation in solving critical aerospace challenges.

Through keynote addresses, panel forums, and paper presentations, participants will engage with cutting-edge insights and case studies, while also gaining opportunities for collaboration and publication. Accepted and presented papers will be considered for inclusion in reputable indexed proceedings such as Scopus, CrossRef, Engineering Village, and Google Scholar, following the peer-review process and applicable publication requirements.

By bringing together academics, researchers, and experts from multiple countries, AVINER 2025 aspires to serve as a collaborative and inclusive forum that drives the exchange of transformative ideas, strengthens regulatory and technological frameworks, and contributes to the future of a more resilient, green, and secure aerospace industry.

Sustainability and Regulation Improvement on Aerospace Technology

Topics to develop :

  1. Management and Regulation on Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) and Urban Air Mobility (UAM): These technologies are transforming how we think about transportation, with electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft and drone delivery systems becoming more prevalent.
  2. Artificial Intelligence and Autonomous Systems on Aviation Industry: AI is being integrated into various aspects of aerospace, from design and manufacturing to flight operations and maintenance. Autonomous systems are also being developed for both commercial and defense applications.
  3. Space Defense and Commercialization of Space: There is increased focus on protecting space assets and commercializing space travel, with private companies playing a significant role.
  4. Sustainability and Green Aviation Technologies: The industry is moving towards more sustainable practices, including the use of sustainable aviation fuels (SAFs) and eco-friendly manufacturing processes.
  5. Cybersecurity and Threats to Aerospace Infrastructure: With the increasing reliance on digital systems, cybersecurity has become a critical concern for aerospace companies.
